As part of this, we would

1. Ensure awareness, orientation and communicate a detailed policy to community members.
2. Create forums for dialogue (in-person and online) about gender sensitization in all regions and sub communities.
3. Ensure the Complaints Committee is trained in both skill and capacity.
4. Widely publicize contact details of Complaints Committee and ways to reach it.
