5 day Student Training Workshop on Free Software

Swecha is organizing a five day workshop for students on various Free Software technologies in such a way that they become free software developers and make active contributions to the Free Software community. Students from various engineering and MCA colleges and any one interested in Free Software technologies can attend the workshop. The workshop deals with training students for these 5 days on - Preparing GNU Labs (Free Software Labs), Scripting Languages which include Shell & Python, Content Management Systems (Web Technologies) like Drupal and Graphics Tools like Gimp, Inkscape & Blender.

Participants will be provided with accommodation, food and transport. The training camp will be held from June 30, 2010 to July 4, 2010 at Hyderabad at MLRIT (Dundigal) with a 24 hour lab facility for the students. Interested students may contact Mr. Sandeep - 9052993355
